The Atrium is the University of Guelph’s institutional repository supporting the management of scholarly resources of enduring value created by its community members. Our goal is to promote scholarly communication by collecting, preserving and providing access to these digital resources now and into the future.

The Library offers open journal and open book support at zero cost to the editorial boards/authors, provided they make their work open access.
To enhance access to scholarly publishing, the Library hosts a number of scholarly journals (created by students, researchers, and societies) which are openly available to the public. We absorb all hosting costs, as well as additional fees related to setup and maintenance.
