A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:
UGA's main campus is located in Athens, GA.
UGA's satellite campuses and experiment stations are distributed throughout the state of Georgia and are a significant distance from the main campus. Extended campuses including UGA Griffin and UGA Tifton may opt to complete a separate STARS report in the future. One note of clarification: UGA's Health Science Campus is co-located in Athens, GA and in close proximity to the main campus and is therefore included in this STARS submission.

UGA owns and operates farms throughout the state of Georgia, managed primarily by the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. These farms are excluded from the STARS submission due to distance from the University of Georgia main campus. Notes: 1) several of these 'farms' are classified as agricultural experiment stations. 2) The UGArden Learning and Demonstration Farm is included in this STARS submission as it is a student-run farm on the UGA Athens Campus.
