Data provided by UGA Parking Services.
This is the percentage of students who do not purchase a parking permit. Students who do not purchase a parking permit are assumed to utilize alternative modes of transportation for their commute to campus (i.e. walk, bike, bus, carpool).
Roughly 21,800 out of 35,165 students do NOT purchase parking permits
Roughly 13,400 out of 35,165 students purchase parking permits

Data derived from UGA Parking Services.
This is the percentage of employees who do not purchase parking passes. It is assumed that employees who do not purchase a parking pass are arriving to campus through alternative modes of transportation (i.e. walk, bike, bus, carpool).
Roughly 3,200 out of 10,384 employees do NOT purchase parking permits
Roughly 7,100 out of 10,834 employees purchase parking permits
