The Bulldog Bikes Departmental Bike Fleet Pilot Program has been launched in University Housing Building 1516 and the Odum School of Ecology. Students, faculty and staff are eligible to register through these the departments – and ride! The Bulldog Bikes program is designed to provide a safe, cost-effective and environmentally preferred transportation option at UGA. The pilot program lasts through August 2013 when it will (hopefully) be expanded to other departments. How to Register Participating Departments The first step in the Bulldog Bikes Departmental Bike Fleet Program is commitment by a Participating Department. Participating Departments in the Pilot Program include Odum School of Ecology, UGA Housing Building 1516 and Facilities Management Division. Departmental Participation Form Individual Participants Eligible individuals may participate in the Bulldog Bikes Departmental Bike Fleet Program by registering through a Participating Department. Individual Participant registration includes completion of the following: 1) Read and understand the Bulldog Bikes – Rules of Use 2) BikeAthens Biking Safely Around Athens on-line training module 3) Release Form 4) Individual Registration Form After completing these steps, return completed forms to the Bulldog Bikes Departmental Contact in your building.
