UF Education and General (E&G) facilities executes its green cleaning practice through the Facilities Services Building Services Department (policy included). Other entities such as the Health Science Center, IFAS, and Veterinary Medicine also utilize such services on main campus. Housing conducts its own green cleaning policy of which is not included. Auxiliary units such as Reitz Union, Transportation and Parking, and Dinning Services do not have such a program/policy.

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
The University is broken up into multiple larger budgetary entities. Each entity is responsible for their own energy management and benchmarking. The majority of the benchmarking is from the Facilities Services Energy Department who mange approximately 13M SF. Benchmarking is conducted within the SkySpark Enterprise Database. All new construction and some existing buildings are also managed in the EPA's Target Finder/Portfolio Manager
