A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):

The University of Denver Health & Counseling Center (HCC) is an integrated health and counseling facility designed to meet our students needs by providing quality medical and counseling services--including comprehensive primary health care, gynecology, and mental health care, as well as education, prevention and topical support.

The HCC is every eligible student's home for health and well-being during their time at the University of Denver. We are committed to care of body and mind to help students succeed in college and life. All currently enrolled DU students are eligible for HCC services except those in entirely online programs.

The University of Denver provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through SupportLinc to all benefited employees at no cost. The EAP is a 100% confidential health benefit, separate from medical insurance, to help you manage a broad range of life's daily challenges, including anxiety, depression, marriage/relationship problems, grief/loss, substance abuse, anger management, work-related pressure, and stress.

SupportLinc offers bilingual support and makes referrals for professional counseling, legal assistance, and financial assistance, as well as support for everyday family issues such as dependent care, car repair, pet care, and home improvement. Receive up to six referred visits per issue per year!
