A brief description of the facilities for bicycle commuters:
UD has secure bicycle storage across campus and there are shower facilities in many buildings (not just athletic), but their location is poorly communicated. There are no locker facilities dedicated to bicycle commuters.
Does the institution provide short-term bicycle parking for all occupied buildings and makes long-term bicycle storage available for students who live on-site (if applicable)?:

A brief description of the bicycle parking and storage facilities:
Short-term and long-term bicycle facilities are readily available on campus, and all new buildings are built to LEED Silver standards including bicycle racks, but we do not currently have enough data to certify that they are so located within 50ft or 100 ft of *all* buildings. There are over 300 buildings on the Newark Campus, some of which serve a very small research population.

No, but we are investing in expanding existing bicycle networks on campus, and we are partnering with the local municipality to expand walking / biking networks in the local community. We are beginning the process of investigating such a policy.

No
A brief description of the bicycle sharing program:
A bicycle-sharing program is planned, pending the results of a recent transportation safety investigation. Part of the purpose of the safety review is to identify how to better serve bicycling and pedestrian access in a safe and efficient manner.

UD operates free campus shuttle services for all UD community members.

A brief description of the electric vehicle recharging stations:
There are two Level 2 electric vehicle recharge stations near central campus, and access to several Level 2 and Level 3 recharge stations on south campus. The south campus recharge stations are affiliated with a research study in vehicle-to-grid technologies, so availability depends on research activity. However, if users retrofit their cars with V2G technology in coordination with the research study, they can earn money while their vehicles are plugged in.
