A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:
For new projects, all sites are maintained with strategies to reduce runoff and soil erosion. In addition, several rain gardens have been installed across campus to retain and slow the discharge of runoff. Examples include the rain gardens near the Powerhouse, 111 Riverpark, the tennis courts, and stormwater basins in the central mall. Permeable pavers and rain barrels have been installed in several areas on campus.

We do not have a rainwater management policy, plan, or guidelines. However, we do use green infrastructure on a case-by-case basis.
