Yes
A brief description of the textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project:

The Husky Bundle is an effort to reduce costs of students, by capping book costs at $285 a semester. If students opt in to the program, then they will have their books delivered to their place of residence and not be charged for higher prices. This reduces the overall cost of books for thousands of students.
