A brief description of the program:
Carpool incentive program will be implemented in 2013 allows commuters to share a parking pass for a discount.
Multiple employees can share a parking pass allowing students and employees to receive a discount for not taking their car to work. Discount increases as the number of employees or students increases. Two drivers sharing a pass will receive a 50% discount each, three drivers will receive 66% discount and four drivers will receive a 75% discount.
