A brief description of the technology used:
Anschutz Medical Campus has a contract with Canteen Vending who has already installed machines around campus with motion sensors. To date, one is installed in Bldg. 500 and our agreement is that any new machines installed will have motion sensors, both at Anschutz Medical Campus and at university owned locations/buildings on the downtown camous. Additionally, the Tivoli building on the downtown Auraria campus, under the guidance/support of the Sustainable Campus Program has recently approved $11,000 for Vending Machine Motion Sensors at Auraria.
