A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
Sodexo, Wok N Roll, and Subway are examples of franchises within the Auraria Campus Tivoli building dining services that use recycle content napkins. In addition, all three university run coffee shops offer recycle content napkins, soup bowls, and cups.
