A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
University is instituting a new engineering controls and software project that will allow building energy use to be managed through the Campus Space Managment and Reservation System. This project will allow for rooms that are bring used through the reservation system to have controlled HVAC and lighting according to times reserved, and allow for rooms not being used to be set to minimum levels, thus saving energy.
