A brief description of the program:
Outdoor Adventure is a tri-institutional, student fee supported outdoor education and leadership program for the students, faculty, staff and guests of Community College of Denver, University of Colorado Denver, Metro State University and Auraria Higher Education Center. These programs include canyoneering, hiking, rock climbing, ice climbing, avalanche forecasting, mountaineering, camping and skiing. Each ‘adventure’ includes a leadership and/or stewardship component which follows the principles of Leave No Trace Behind.
