The University of Colorado Foundation's Investment and Policy Committee oversees the endowment for all four CU campuses. This Committee does not have a charter or mission statement that reflects social and environmental concerns.
The University of Colorado Treasury's Advisory Committee oversees the Treasury for all four CU campuses. This Committee does not have a charter or mission statement that reflects social and environmental concerns. The Treasury does have operating procedures for implementing the Treasury Investment Policy 13A. This Policy defines the criteria for selecting external managers, one of which is that the Treasury evaluates managers for their Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) policies, practices and engagement on a regular basis.

The Treasury Investment Advisory Committee consists of 10-12 people, including a member of the Board of Regents, System CFO, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer of Operations, Cash Manager, Executive Assistant for the Treasurer's Office, external investment consultant, representative from the State Treasury, finance representatives from different campuses, and external investment experts. The Committee is Chaired by one of the Regents.
