$1.9B endowment is for entire CU system in 2020. $46 million is for UCCS campus. All investments are made by the CU Foundation for all four campuses.
The code 250 is used by our campus to identify all spaces that are used to conduct research. The number used for laboratory space is specific to spaces with equipment, since some using code 250 are office spaces.

Laboratory spaces (with no equipment) – 7,629 sf
For our healthcare spaces, we used codes 800 and 450 to best represent our campus space usage.
The codes are from the Space Use Codes in the U.S. Department of Education's Postsecondary Education Facilities Inventory and Classification Manual.
