A brief description of the sustainable operations and maintenance policy/program and/or O+M rating system(s) used:

Operated and maintained in accordance with a single-attribute, sustainable management policy/program, but not certified under an O+M rating system:
- All utilities are measured and tracked for all buildings within the Energy Cap software program. This is shared with the state of Colorado architects office yearly. Buildings are benchmarked according to functions. A yearly report provides comparative performance for each building. Significant changes in performance initiate investigation into causes.
- All water use data is entered into Energy Cap and compared from year to year. A yearly report provides comparative performance for each building. Significant changes in performance initiate investigation into causes. Irrigation is separated from domestic use. Retrofits on toilets, urinals, and lavoratories have been completed for all existing buildings.
