A brief description of the incentive program(s):
The Compass Curriculum General Education requirements supports the creation of new courses. Stipends for travel and course development are offered for faculty who develop courses with a focus on sustainability, inclusiveness, or writing or who incorporate these topics into existing courses.
A brief description of the incentives that academic staff who participate in the program(s) receive:
Awards are provided in $500 and $1000 per faculty.
