Narrative outlining the data collection process used in the preparation of this report:

Data collection process and report preparation:
2022-2023: conducted review of stars 2.2 gap analysis, tracked development of stars 3.0 credits.
Credit contributors were identified from the 2021 report. Staff who changed were identified by category leads. 
February 2024: Project team formally assembled. Timeline and staffing needs determined. Category leads confirmed for PA, OP, EN, and AR categories.
April 2024: All credit contributors were identified by category leads. Category leads and credit contributors participated in a STARS launch workshop.
May 2024: Workbooks and data requests issued to category leads using STARS 3.0 templates. Category workbooks assigned credits to individual contributors.
Summer 2024: active data collection.
September-November 2024: All data finalized and reviewed by category leads prior to reporting tool entry.
November 2024: category leads facilitated corrections identified by the verification team.

Description of the internal data quality controls used in the preparation of this report:

Category leads checked all responses provided by credit contributors. Project manager Marianne Martin reviewed all responses in workbooks prior to reporting tool entry. Student assistants reviewed all responses for adherence to credit criteria and flagged corrections in the review workbook. Category leads then corrected and clarified responses needing adjustment. The following staff received AASHE’s data quality certification: Marianne Martin, Canyon Cutone, Megan McLemore.
