The Executive Staff or officers at our institution, which are defined as the chancellor, provost, senior chancellor, vice chancellor, associate chancellors, or college school/deans is made up of 50% women or other marginalized gender identity as of 2023. This is documented in the universities public dashboard (CU Boulder Employee headcounts over time). Additionally, the chancellor's cabinet has more than 50% of the participants are women or women-identified individuals.
