Floor area of existing buildings individually assessed for energy performance:
Narrative outlining how building-level energy performance is assessed and how the results are used to improve performance:
Energy performance in all commodities - electricity, natural gas, chilled water, steam and domestic water, is tracked in Energy Dashboards for every building on campus. These dashboards are available to all campus stakeholders and are reviewed with the Energy Services Organization on a regular basis. The dashboards are also reviewed quarterly with the Energy Action groups. Analytics presented in the dashboards are used as tool to direct investigation into consumption changes and help to prioritize projects to address energy usage. In addition to internal dashboards, CU enters energy data on an annual basis into Energy Star Portfolio Manager for the top consumers where buildings GSF equals or exceeds 50,000 SF. This benchmarking then provides insight into how CU's buildings are performing in comparison to similar buildings within their database. https://energyoffice.colorado.gov/bpc
Floor area of existing buildings individually assessed for indoor environmental quality (IEQ) performance:
Narrative outlining how building-level IEQ is assessed and how the results are used to improve performance:

Anomolies and occupant concerns are tracked in Building Advisor for the high consuming buildings and are discussed with the controls shop for suggested measures to evaluate to improve performance.
