Does the institution’s employee retirement plan include one or more funds with a sustainability or ESG focus?:
Yes

Narrative and/or website URL providing an overview of the sustainability or ESG focused funds included in the institution’s employee retirement plan:

As of February 2023, the institution provided two investment options to employees. One option has investments that selected based on a social criterion such as workplace issues, environmental issues, product safety, human rights, and social responsibility. The second option employs ESG quality and valuation screens to filter holdings in the coal industry, oil and gas, fossil-fuel derived utilities, and others. These investments were developed in response to faculty, staff, and students’ interest in other options. The new funds became available in March 2023.
