A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) offers confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services to students for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more. The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is the campus employee assistance program. FSAP is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. FSAP services are free to all CU Boulder faculty and staff members. FSAP provides short-term counseling (individual, couples, family), consultation, workshops, and referrals.
