CU has comprehensive stormwater management plan and standards through our MS4 program which applies all of CU campuses, and mandate the installation and maintenance of BMPs for all new construction, major renovation, and development projects.

The state has administratively continued our permit coverage since 2013. A new permit has been issued and will be effective November 1 2021, with a new program description document currently under development. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw35kOQrHucIWG9NNERpS0gzNWM/edit
