100% treatment of 100% of the WQCV on new construction, unless exemptions are met (which provide only a 20% relieve on requirements).

CU has comprehensive stormwater management plan and standards through our MS4 program which applies all of CU campuses, and mandate the installation and maintenance of BMPs for all new construction, major renovation, and development projects.
