Data is from July 2019 through June 2020. Methodology is the same as previous submittals applying our Sustainable Dining Initiatives in coordination with the STARS guidelines and pulling data from our purchasing database which tracks the various STARS food purchasing attributes. We used the STARS provided Food and Beverage Inventory Template for this submittal.
