Center for Community (C4C): This award-winning dining center offers an exciting fusion of community and cultural dining experiences. The main dining center features a large micro-restaurant concept with 7 different cultural fare restaurants, a large self service salad and deli bar, and a delectable dessert station. C4C also hosts a Retail Bakery and the Weather Tech Café featuring wholesome quick food options and late night service. Additionally this facility is home to the main commissary production kitchen for the made from scratch menu items and ingredients produced for all of the Campus Dining Services restaurants across campus. Campus Dining Services also has Sustainable Dining Initiatives that include Food, Energy, Water, Zero Waste and LEED Certification. Campus Dining’s sustainable mission is to provide delicious, nutritious menu items to our customers with a sustainable consideration in mind from farm to plate.
