C&D recycling efforts were conducted following LEED standards under credit MRc2. The four capital construction projects certified in 2017 achieved a total landfill diversion rate of 83.19%.
These projects include:
1. Athletics Complex (CHMP), 79.23%;
2. East District Energy Plant (EDEP), 79.50%;
3. Grounds & recycling Operations Center (GROC/GIPF), 97.79%;
4. Sustainability Energy & Environment Labs (SEEL), 84.44%
