Does the institution offer diverse, complete-protein vegan dining options during every meal?:
A brief description of the vegan dining program:
In Housing & Dining Services at least one or two main entrees per meal are vegan, in addition to soups, sandwich makings, salad offerings, some desserts.
At the University Memorial Center a variety of soups, chilis, Mexican food items and sandwiches are always available, as well as salad bar offerings.
