Does the institution have a program that meets the criteria outlined above?:
Yes

A brief description of the program(s):

Faculty members are recruited and paid to develop new, innovative non-credit courses and/or adapt existing credit courses for online credit or non-credit offerings. Through Continuing Education and the Environmental Center, the non-credit classes are offered live and online.

A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:

Faculty members receive $700 of the first $3,000 of revenues for the non-credit sustainability class they teach, then 50% of revenues after that, so they have an incentive to develop and promote the class through their networks. Meanwhile, Continuing Education provides faculty with online profiles they can leverage for their academic or business careers. For online courses Continuing Education also offers development stipends.
