An electronic newsletter is sent out via a listserv to 3,764 members highlighting sustainability events and news. UC Sustainability also has an Instagram profile @ucsustainability

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
UC Sustainability has a digital display board located in Tangeman University Center (student union) that displays sustainability highlights on campus. In December of 2019, a Digital Display board was installed on the 200 level of the Tangeman Unviersity Center that is controlled by the Office of Sustainability. On this Digital Display board, the Office of Sustainability advertises events happening on campus and includes sustainability lifestyle tips.
UC has 15 LEED certified buildings and each building includes informational signage highlighting various features of the sustainable design. See https://www.uc.edu/about/admin-finance/planning-design-construction/sustainability/campus-initiatives/built-environment.html
Also, UC Food Services includes informational signage on vegetarian and vegan options. Signage also highlights the benefits of tray-less dining and asking students only to take what they intend to eat in order to reduce food waste. The dining halls composting initiative also includes educational signage.

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:
Annually on-campus residence halls compete to reduce their energy and water consumption. With this competition, education about sustainable living in the residence halls is provided to students, including a handout highlighting conservation tips.
