All Student Orientation Leaders receive training on UC's sustainability initiatives (which include environmental, economic and social aspects of sustainability) prior to the start of the orientation season. Information on sustainability in campus operations and ways students can get involved is included in orientation packets for students and parents.
The Office of Sustainability hosts an informational table during the tabling session for every orientation group.
