UC Employee Wellness offers several lifestyle services in order to have a positive impact on health behaviors and improve overall quality of life for UC employees. UC Wellness focuses on 6 dimensions of wellness including: physical, social, emotional, financial, intellectual, and occupational. The mission of the UC Employee Wellness Program is to empower members of the campus community to make proactive and responsible choices regarding their health. We do this by providing opportunities that promote social, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
