Does the institution offer a socially responsible investment option for retirement plans?:
Yes
A brief description of the socially responsible investment option for retirement plans:
UC employees are state employees and therefore able to choose either a state retirement system or an alternative retirement plan. Within the state plan, employees may select a member-directed plan which gives the employee the responsibility of making the investment decisions, opting for socially responsible investments if they so choose. Through the alternative retirement plan, employees select a retirement plan provider through which they can make socially responsible investment choices.
