A brief description of the program:
UCIT has instituted a Flexwork and Telecommuting Program in order to promote better work/life balance for UCIT employees, help alleviate the increased cost in commuting expenses due to current gasoline prices, increase employee retention, improve employee recruitment, increase morale as well as productivity, allow for flexible work scheduling due to bad winter weather or illness outbreaks (Flu, etc.), and to benefit the Cincinnati community through less congestion and air pollution. This program includes telecommuting, a compressed work week schedule, as well as a flexible work week.
