UC operates a free campus shuttle system which includes 10 routes. Shuttles run throughout the day and evenings, both during the week and on weekends. In addition to the shuttles, UC also offers its affiliates two options for discounted fares on Cincinnati Metro buses. One option is free to participate in and reduces the riders fare to $1 for most rides. A second option carries some upfront cost, which varies for students versus employees, and allows the rider to ride any bus for free.
