UCF offers a bicycle sharing program called Bike N' Gold. With a valid UCF ID, students can rent bicycles, locks, helmets, and lights at the Student Union for free. This program is sponsored by Student Government. https://studentunion.ucf.edu/faq/bike-n-gold/

A brief description of the car sharing program:
UCF Student Government partners with the company Lyft to offer students monthly discounts and encourage use of the rideshare service. A brief description of the incentives or programs to encourage employees to live close to campus:
UCF encourages employees to live near campus by offering 15 off-campus shuttle routes that serve 22 different apartment complexes around UCF main campus and the Research Park area. A brief description of other programs or initiatives to encourage more sustainable modes of transportation and/or reduce the impact of student and employee commuting:
UCF offers an extensive shuttle service to reduce the amount of students and staff commuting to and within campus on weekdays. The intra-campus shuttle named the Pegasus Express has 11 designated shuttle stops around campus that serve the most populated buildings, reducing the need for personal vehicles. There are also shuttles going to UCF’s other campuses: the Lake Nona, Rosen, and Downtown campuses. Furthermore, there is a grocery shuttle that goes to the nearest shopping center every Tuesday.
