During New Employee Orientation (required for all non-OPS hires) attendees are introduced to campus sustainability initiatives, resources, methods of participation in sustainability programs/ committees by a UCF Sustainability Initiatives staff member. They are given an overview of the function of the office in relation to the campus and community. Attendees are also given a sustainability tour of the campus, which highlights LEED-certified buildings, solar installations, and other initiatives.
