A brief description of off-site, institution-catalyzed, renewable electricity generating devices:
UC system's Wholesale Power Procurement: UCSC catalyzed, with other UC campuses, the installation of a 60MW PV Array in Fresno County, CA. The total generation of this system was 132,272 MWh, and the UCSC portion of that generation is 6.8%, or 8,934 MWh, which is equal to 30460.568 MMBtu. Note: the 2018 December meter reading was not in at time of reporting so that month was estimated.

Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
MMBtu's for performance year are from purchased natural gas and electricity.
MMBtu's are significantly lower than baseline and previous year because of the reduction in purchased natural gas due to cogeneration plant shutdown for entire calendar year.
