A survey is administered by the Budget and Planning office on behalf of the Chancellor's Campus Sustainability Committee and the office of Administrative Services. The survey measures commuter behavior by asking faculty, staff, and students to indicate the mode of transportation they use to travel to campus each day.

UCSB disseminates an annual mode-split survey for all faculty, staff, and students. We also capture AVR as part of this data set.
Data was pulled from our Spring 2019 mode-split survey. We canceled our Spring 2020 mode-split survey due to the global pandemic.
