A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:

UCSB Sustainability maintains a sustainability e-mail-based biquarterly newsletter. In addition, UCSB Sustainability sends weekly sustainability email announcements. Both the newsletter and the weekly announcements provide students, faculty, and staff with up to date information on sustainability efforts and events coordinated by UCSB, both on and off campus.

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:

LEED Certified buildings feature signage that recognizes their excellence in sustainability efforts and environmentally-conscious building decisions.
We also have a rotating set of posters for the green boards and for the BigBelly units located throughout campus.

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:

UC Santa Barbara's Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration has organized a campus walking tour that highlights the diversity of plants and ornamental horticulture located throughout our school grounds. Tours can be found here: http://ccber.ucsb.edu/education/tours

Yes

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:

The UCSB Housing Office provides a Green Housing Guide that outlines green cleaning techniques with natural products; sustainable, local alternatives for grocery shopping; and methods for conserving energy and waste reduction. The Guide is divided up into sections that address parts of students' everyday life and include tips from move-in to move-out.
