UC Santa Barbara pays prevailing wages in accordance with job type and classification. Our compensation and classification unit reviews prevailing wages on a regular basis. All employees are paid minimum wage or higher.

There are twelve collective bargaining units (CBUs) on the UC Santa Barbara campus.
