Yes

A brief description of the trans-fats avoidance program, policy, or practice:

At the University of California, Santa Barbara, all cooking oils used by Residential Dining Services are trans-fat free. Residental Dining prepares quality food daily to insure freshness and flavor. By preparing our food from "scratch" we are able to eliminate food that contains trans-fats. Additionally, we try to avoid purchasing food that contains trans-fat.
