A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
Reviewers were provided documentation, technical manual, review spreadsheets to follow credit submissions. In order to be assigned as a reviewer, person assigned could not be involved in the collecting of data or providing information for that credit. After credits were reviewed, comments were provided to originator of credit documentation for revision and editing. Reviewers then confirmed corrections and/or suggestions were made and that credit met requirements.
