We are a university that adapts responsibly to cultural differences among the faculty, staff, students, and community. Included in faculty and staff performance evaluations and reviews are how well each are meeting and promoting these principles. Any interested faculty and staff can participate in the University's Culturally Competent Management Program (CCMP), intended for those who direct the work of others, this three-part program is designed to equip managers with knowledge, skills, creative strategies and tools to build and enhance diversity management competence and judgment.
