All UC San Diego Housing, Dining and Hospitality restaurants and markets are Responsible Epicurean and Agricultural Leadership certified as of 2017. One vendor restaurant in University Centers was Green Restaurant Certified in 2017 (Santorini Grill). We also have a student chapter of the Food Recovery Network on campus.
