A brief description of the trayless dining program:
During the summer conference season at UC San Diego, trays are removed in all “all you care to eat” open locations. In addition, UC San Diego's Housing Dining and Hospitality dining halls have default serving china and reusable dishware. All/any to-go ware that is used is fully recyclable in our single stream recycling collection system on campus.
