A brief description of how the institution ensures compliance with sustainable building operation and maintenance guidelines and policies:
Sustainable building operation and maintenance guidelines and policies are ensured through the collaboration, leadership and support of Facilities Management (FM) Staff, Building Commissioning and Sustainability (BCAS) Staff, and the HDH Sustainability Manager. Guidelines and policies are developed, vetted, and then carried out by the appropriate staff members. Campus wide goals set out by the Climate Action Plan and consistent LEED Existing Building and Operations and Maintenance projects ensure that all areas of the campus are aligned.
