Collective bargaining agreements for staff can be found at http://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/labor/bargaining-units/index.html Additionally, UC established a policy that all employees appointed at 0.50 FTE and above be paid $13/hour effective October 2015; $14/hr in Oct 2016 and $15/in Oct 2017. We are also covered by ACA and will offer healthcare to all eligible employees

A brief description of the standard(s) against which compensation was assessed:
UCR under the new Career Tracks Classification, effective September 2015, sets the lowest paid employee at UCR at $14.13 per our. Before this tie the lowest salary was $13.84 per hour, for non-student workers. The Living Wage calculated for the Riverside region by the MIT living wage Calculator is $11.75 per hour. University of California has established policies that all employees appointed at 0.50 FTE and above be paid $13/hour effective October 2015; $14/hr in Oct 2016 and $15/in Oct 2017. We are also covered by ACA and will offer healthcare to all eligible employees
