A brief description of how the institution ensures compliance with sustainable building operation and maintenance guidelines and policies:
UC Riverside completed a LEED Operations & Maintenance campus portfolio receiving 6 points and certifying three plans. The campus is currently working on two LEED EBOM projects, one being a group certification project, with expected completion date of May 2014 and July 2014.
UCR Glen Mor 1, a 4 building group certification was awarded LEED Gold under LEED EBOM v2009 in Dec 2014 and UCR Materials Science and Engineering Building was awarded LEED Certified in June 2015.
