A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:
UCR collaborated on a multi-campus retail sustainability feasibility studty that produced some recommendations for including retail food tenants in the campus sustainable food systems annual report. In 2011, Dining Services succesfullyl encouraged Panda Express to switch to compostable products.
